Once you have added your domain name to your selected Hosting Package,
you can administer your domains FTP settings.
FTP Administration:
To Administer domain FTP settings:
1) login to your HELM control panel
2) click on "Domains"
3) click on "Hosted Domains"
4) select domain to Administer by clicking on it from the list
5) select "FTP Accounts"
The Options Available will vary depending on the Hosting Package
you have purchased.
FTP Upload:
You can login to your domains webspace using a standard FTP
client such as WSFTP or CuteFTP. We do not support uploading via
a browser or explorer. Load your FTP client on your local machine
and enter then following details:
Host Address: ftp1.wwwserver.co.uk (when your domain is active
use: ftp.<your domain name>)
Username: <domain name> e.g. domain.com
Password: as given in your "welcome" email or as set
by you from your control panel
Upload website files to: /wwwroot
Upload executable files to: /wwwroot/cgi-bin
Upload your databases to: /db
