The advanced settings area provides access to more advanced features that your package offers for this domain as well as additional information about the domain set up for professionals.

The Options Available will vary depending on the Hosting Package you have purchased.

To access Advanced options:
1) login to your HELM control panel
2) click on "Domains"
3) click on "Hosted Domains"
4) select domain to Administer by clicking on it from the list
5) select "Advanced Settings"

Domain Information
Here is listed information regarding the hosting of your domain.

Name Server Records - these are the DNS servers for your domain.

Web Server: <Server-Name> - this is the name of your server, use this when reporting faults to the support team.

Dedicated/Shared IP: 80.94.193.xx (10.2.2.xx) - this is the mail external IP (use this if you host your DNS else where) and the main internal IP (do not use this for mail scripts, see the email section)

Physical Path: D:\webspace\<your-domain> - this is used to hard code a physical path when using DSN-less db connections etc.

ODBC DSN's (Advanced Accounts only)
ODBC DSN's provide the ability to connect to databases using a common name rather than complex connection strings.

Domain Aliases (Mini-Reseller Accounts only)
This adds a domain name to the webserver and DNS servers and it is mapped to the current domain. Note: email is not supported with Domain Aliases, only web.

Sub Domains (Mini-Reseller Accounts only)
This creates a sub-domain for the active domain. The sub-domain is mapped to a folder below the domains main wwwroot.
e.g. test.domain.com would be mapped to /domain.com/wwwroot/test

DNS Zone Editor (Mini-Reseller Accounts only)
Here you can add additional A (host record) or MX records to the DNS file of the current domain. Only use this option if you have DNS experience, you may be charged if we have to correct your mistakes.

MIME Types (Advanced Accounts only)
Here you can add your own MIME Type (Multi-purpose Internet Mail Ext)

Custom Error Pages (Advanced Accounts only)
Here you can add your own error pages for 400, 401, 403, 404 and 500 errors.

Statistics (Also with Standard Accounts)
Here you can view the domains Bandwidth Usage for the previous 24 hours and 30 days. You can also view your Diskspace Usage.

LiveStats. can be installed on your domain from here (Advanced accounts only). Once installed, LiveStats. can be accessed via http://livestats.<domain-name> using the following login details:
