Please note that you can only add a domain to your account if you have firstly added a hosting package and secondly, your account is not in debit (you have paid for the Package).

Adding a Domain:
1) Login to your control panel,
2) Select "Domains"
3) Select "Add New"
4) Select Hosting Package (if you have more than one) and click "next"
5) Select Website Type and click "next" (ASP.net sites have default.aspx added to the default page list)
6) Select one of the following options:

• No registration or transfer required (you register the domain and control DNS - no charge)
• Please register this domain (we register domain and control DNS - £10 charge)
• Please transfer this domain (you have domain but want to transfer to our Registrar - £10 charge - not UK domains)

and click "next"
7) enter domain name and extension (do not enter the www. ) click "save"

** Please note: if you are Transferring your domain's hosting to us but not Transferring the domain to our Registrar, please select "No registration or transfer required" or you will be charged. If you do wish to Transfer your domain to our Registrar, select "Please transfer this domain", you will be charged £10 but this will add one your to your domains renewal.

Your domain is now added to your Package and you can proceed to set-up Email, FTP etc. Select one of these from the menu above to proceed.
